Cooper was born right here in Denver, Colorado. He was raised in Aurora until 8 years old, then moved to the small town of Strasburg in Eastern Colorado, which is where he graduated high school. Moving from a big city to a small town is something that he appreciates, as it gave him the opportunity to experience two very different ways of life. This ultimately gave him great perspective, not only in life but also in the world of Real Estate, which he would soon tackle shortly after High School. He has traveled to places like Hawaii, Cancun, and several states in the US, and is looking forward to the opportunity to travel even more! However, most of his time is spent right here in Colorado. Cooper has a profound love for this great state, in his mind, it's one of the best states out there.
Shortly after high school Cooper dove right into Real Estate and found his passion. His entire professional career has been in Real Estate and while he modestly says he has been lucky to have some guidance from mentors, he is mostly self-taught. He takes pride in the fact that he was able to start a business and grow it into a profitable one from a very early age. When looking into the future, his main goals are to continue to build upon his business by continuously pushing himself to his full potential.
Working hard is the name of the game for Cooper. He possesses discipline, tenacity, and drive when it comes to pursuing and achieving goals that he sets for himself. With that being said, Cooper is known for being tolerant, empathetic, approachable and inquisitive, due to his love of gaining new perspectives and learning new things. When not hard at work, Cooper loves being outdoors, fly fishing, reading, woodworking & hanging out with close friends. Something that brings him the best feelings though, is when he is working on a project that he thoroughly enjoys, and losing track of time when he is in "the zone". Cooper identifies with the saying, "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one."
As an agent, Cooper’s superpower is the ability to walk onto a neglected property, be optimistic, and see the potential. This is due in large part to his expertise in Real Estate investing. Money, however, is not Cooper’s primary motivation, he truly enjoys looking at all things with an optimistic, “go-get-em”, attitude! His main goal in any transaction is to create the best experience for everyone, something he is confident he can do because of his genuine enjoyment for this industry. He strives to make everyone happy. Throughout his experience, his primary advice to any client is, “time in the market beats trying to time the market.”
Cooper finds authentic inspiration from other people that are optimistic. It energizes him when someone can take something others would consider small or "worthless" and be happy with it, but at the same time have that drive and attitude to improve it, and themselves.
Helping others comes naturally to Cooper. This is something he is exceptionally grateful for because it has afforded him the opportunities to experience many different things, which is of great value to him.
Words Cooper Lives By: "Don't allow your past or present condition to control you, it's just a process that you're going through to get you to the next level".
